At Maddaloni Jewelers, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange on eligible unworn items. All returned jewelry must be in its original, pristine condition and accompanied by all authenticating certificates and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your item in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with the original sales receipt and all diamond grading reports.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package using a trackable and fully insured method to our Huntington, NY showroom, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
